Beautiful words to describe how we can support ourselves in our journey through life using meditation and mindfulness, enabling to see things more clearly and achieve a greater insight from within.
At Reflective Wellbeing, meditation is used in our counselling and life coaching sessions, especially where a client feels overwhelmed it enables them to become more grounded, and whilst the upset might still be present its impact is less overwhelming.
We run weekly meditation sessions; these are currently run online due to COVID-19, once we are able to hold them safely, we will be returning to holding them in person. If you are interested in joining us please get in touch.
