Reflective Wellbeing is based in Plymouth, Devon. We offer a range of different services in a safe and friendly environment. Here you can take the time that you need to focus on yourself, your needs, what you want to explore, in a gentle safe way and at a pace that is comfortable to you. Our services include counselling, hypnotherapy, life and business coaching, meditation and mindfulness, and we offer a variety of different workshops.
We offer a complimentary Discovery Session, during which we find out what you are wanting to change or make sense of in your life.
We will work together in deciding the way forward and honouring your uniqueness and individuality, by adopting a person centered approach. For some people, there will be the need to look at your past history and resolve those issues before you are able to move forward with your life. And for others, you will only want to work on a solution without going back into the past. Each of these options has its own merits.
Reflective Wellbeing offers a 20 minute Discovery Session to explore what you are looking for and which of our services are best suited for you. This can be held in person or on Zoom.
I'm Lynda, the owner of Reflective Wellbeing and wanted to share with you why I think it is important to reflect on our wellbeing and our lives. Wellbeing is "the state of being comfortable, healthy and happy". For so many of us it means different things. In my younger years I sought wellbeing through others, always looking outside and never truly finding it. It wasn't until I went through my own therapy journey that I discovered that my wellbeing came from within me. By being authentic to my true self, finding comfort and happiness in that place, I discovered a healthier way of being. I was then able to move to the deeper parts of myself that had been hurt over the years.
It was through this reflection that I have created change in my life and decided to use those experiences to sit with others and support them by offering a safe space, with genuiness, authenticity and acceptance.
Has my journey finished? No, I don't believe it has. Everyday we encounter things that impact on us and may remind us of our history and through my therapy journey, I have been able to reflect and learn new things about myself, and will continue to do so.
